Some Gays cannot stop their Gay activity because either they don’t care about doing what is right or they are not fully committed to doing what is right.  The Bible teaches God may not allow these people to stop their Gay activity.  Their Gay activity becomes a chastisement or punishment from God.  From a secular scientific perspective, we are dealing with “chastisement” or “punishment” of the unconscious mind rather than chastisement or punishment from God.
